1General Information

Nova Rossa Travel provides travel services including but not limited to tours, transfers, accommodations, car hire, private yachts, and cruise experiences. All services are subject to availability and confirmation at the time of booking.

2Booking and Payment

• •Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of full or partial payment as specified during the booking process.
• •Accepted payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, or other approved channels.
• •Prices may vary due to seasonal demand, exchange rate fluctuations, or supplier adjustments.

3Cancellations and Refunds

• •Cancellation policies vary depending on the service provider (hotels, airlines, car rental companies, yacht operators, etc.).
• •Refunds, when applicable, will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy. Certain bookings may be non-refundable.
• •Nova Rossa Travel reserves the right to apply administrative fees for cancellations and changes.

4Responsibilities of the Client

• •Travelers must ensure that passports, visas, and other required travel documents are valid.
• •Clients are responsible for providing accurate personal details at the time of booking.
• •Any additional costs arising from incorrect or missing information will be borne by the client.

5Responsibilities of Nova Rossa Travel

• •We act as an intermediary between clients and service providers (hotels, transport companies, tour operators, etc.).
• •While we strive to ensure the quality of all services, Nova Rossa Travel is not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by third parties, weather, or force majeure.

6Liability

• •Nova Rossa Travel shall not be held responsible for loss, injury, accident, delay, or irregularity that may occur during the trip.
• •Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all clients.

7Changes to Itinerary

• •Nova Rossa Travel reserves the right to modify itineraries when necessary due to operational, safety, or unforeseen circumstances.
• •In such cases, equivalent alternatives will be provided whenever possible.

8Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Turkish courts.
